Loving and being loved". - Audrey Hepburn. So, my mission is to capture romance in a way that is completely natural, authentic and raw. The best advice I can give is to just be you. Revel in your unforgettable wedding to each other, whisper sweet nothings and let the smiles flow, kiss and hug, have fun - this is the day you’ve dreamed of. Your joy will come through in your faces and the sparkle in your eyes the results of which are the beautiful images that I will capture. We knew from the moment we saw Luke’s work that he was the best person to capture our special day and obviously he didn’t disappoint! Luke was very responsive right from the enquiry phase and he also gave us the best tips and advise to make our day run as smooth as possible. I cannot believe how fast our wedding day went that we somehow felt that we missed certain moments but Luke managed to capture the fun bits, the emotional bits, the sweet and stolen moments. Whenever we look at our wedding photos, it always takes us back to our 23rd of October. 💕

As soon as we came across Luke's photos and reviews, we knew he would be the best fit for our wedding day - down to earth, fun, driven and professional. He absolutely exceeded our expectations and we had the most special day, in large part to Luke's advice and contagious energy. We couldn't be happier with the photos that Luke took of our big day. They perfectly capture the moments, the laughs, the tears and the joy that weddings trigger in everyone. We can honestly say that we've got keepsakes that we'll cherish for the rest of our lives.In planning, we had a couple of zoom calls with Luke and he was really consultative. He listened to what we wanted to do and offered advice to further enhance our ideas. The advice he provided around the structure and time lines was invaluable and we feel that this positively impacted the day for everyone (us and our guests).On the day Luke did a great job of keeping us relaxed before the ceremony and then on track to our schedule once the ceremony completed. Time very easily disappears, so this is important. At the reception Luke did an amazing job of getting raw and organic photos of us and our guests. Our friends gushed over a couple of photos of their toddlers on the dance floor. They were so cute. We love that more than just the two of us, get to keep something meaningful from our special day.We can't recommend Luke highly enough. All of the years of experience show through in his professionalism, knowledge and the quality of the end product.

Where can we even start?! Luke is next level talent. From the first conversation he was professional, warm and reassuring. He was easily the best decision we made. When we got our wedding album back we were blown away. We were able to look back on many moments we missed as your wedding day goes by in a flash. He captured perfectly the joy, love and celebration of the day in every picture. From the pics with family, the pics in rain on the beach to the many beautiful candid shots he got of us and all our loved ones throughout the night… he got it. If you’re thinking about booking Luke, don’t think… just do. We’re forever grateful for the memories we have to cherish xx

Luke by far is without a doubt the absolute best photographer I have ever seen. We chose Luke to be our wedding photographer because of his eye for detail and his unique creativity with his natural photos.Every interaction right from the start of planning our wedding through to getting our photos after our wedding has been an absolute pleasure to interact with Luke.He is friendly and professional, prompt and has an exceptional eye for detail. We recently married at Spices Tamarind Maleny. It was a small ceremony with just the 6 of us. Luke took our photos and we certainly struck gold in scoring Luke as the photographer. He has such a lovely warm, calm disposition and it was effortless wandering around with him while he snapped away. He sent the photos through very quickly and we were blown away. They are stunning and we are truly delighted with them. The comments back from our family and friend have been amazing. Everyone saying how beautiful they are. Thank you so muck Luke, we loved them all.

Wow - I honestly have no words! Luke is incredible and his pictures honestly speak for themselves. We had our engagement shoot done recently by Luke and not only are the images beautiful, but he was able to capture our personality and how we are as a couple in the photos. I cannot recommend him enough! He's talented and a lot of fun. Made us feel comfortable and captured our personality perfectly. We cannot wait to have him as part of our wedding. Thanks again Luke!

Luke! I honestly have had no words and have struggled with even what to say! But WOW! We knew from our engagement shoot after seeing the beautiful photos you provided us with that we had chosen the perfect photographer for our wedding. You provided us with the most outstanding wedding photos and I don’t know how to thank you enough. The comments we have had in such little time of having the photos back are amazing. I can not stop looking at them. I was so lucky to have Luke photograph our wedding, from the moment I saw his work and how he captures so much love and affection I knew I had to have him! Because that's exactly what he did for us, each photo is special and heartwarming - and REAL. I trusted him from the get-go and he did not disappoint! Luke was wonderful - the way he captured our day and engaged with everyone - nothing was too much trouble. Luke is undoubtably the best of the best, he went well above and beyond! We would not recommend anyone else but Luke for wedding photography (trust me, we did our research). We ran out in the pouring rain on Luke’s advice at 10:30pm when we did not have to & got the photos that we will look at for the rest of our lives, that far exceeded anything we could ever have dreamed of. Luke is like a ninja that you do not see, but captures the most natural and beautiful photos. We received a portion of photos back from Luke within 3 days of the wedding and my wife and I both cried our eyes out with happiness. Not only is he an amazing photographer, but a gentle & kind human who we believe would do anything for anyone. Our wedding will always be remembered for the in between moments of love and happiness, because of Luke. We can’t thank him enough. If couples don’t book Luke they are insane! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You can’t put a price on your work!

Luke, what can we even say! Our wedding would not have been what it was without you as our photographer! Not only did our engagement photos just truly blow us away, all thanks to your directions and making us feel totally at ease, but on our day with a thunderstorm, rain, lightning and fog, you managed to capture the most epic photos in the crazy weather. You had me barefoot, balancing on a fence in my wedding dress to get that perfect shot! You are a creative genius and we couldn’t be happier or more grateful that we had you to capture our day! An all round top bloke, anyone who doesn’t book you as their wedding photographer is well and truly missing out!!

our decision for a photographer was an easy one. We first met Luke at Ricky’s sisters wedding he was their videographer, 6 years before we got married, 3 years before we even got engaged and we knew when the time comes around for our wedding that Luke would be part of our big day.Luke is like an energiser bunny! He has so much energy and does not stop running and constantly on the go to get the Perfect shot. He took so many photos that I didn’t even notice he was around for!We got our preview photos back the day after our wedding and all of our photos back within 2 weeks. It was like reliving our wedding day all over again but you got to see all the small details that you missed on the day. The photos he took were incredible, it was the single best decision we made to have Luke as our photographer! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the effort and love you our into our photos!

Hire this man!!!We had the pleasure of having Luke photograph our special day and I have to say that the man well and truly went above and beyond. He easily got along with all the bridesmaids, groomsmen, family members and ourselves. He was extremely professional and far more organised than even myself!Do yourself a favour. Stop looking around and book Luke Middlemiss as soon as possible. There are a hundred aspects to be concerned about when organising your wedding but once he's on your team you will not have to give the photography a second thought!

When you are planning a wedding a big decision to make is who will photograph the day. We chose Luke for his ability to find heart warming moments that others would miss. Absolute perfection! Luke goes above and beyond to get the perfect shot and most of the time, without you even realising! He is energetic, passionate and a one of a kind photographer. We loved Luke's work and upon meeting him at our engagement shoot last September, we had no hesitations at all when locking him in for our wedding. Our wedding was last week and we have already seen so many gorgeous photos from our special day. Luke works like lighting, so fast and efficient and his attention to detail is second to none. WOW!!!! what an amazing team you guys have! every time we watch our wedding film we are all caught up in the emotions and start tearing up, feels like we are reliving our wedding day over and over again!
